We don't accept returns; however, our goal is for every customer to be satisfied with their purchase. If this isn't the case, let us know and we'll do our best to work with you to make it right.

There are so many things that you can do with your empty containers. You can clean them and repurpose them or we offer a Bring Back Program. We love giving containers a second life. When you are finished with your candle or bath salt container, clean it out and bring it back to us (this works best for our locals). For every eligible container returned, you'll receive $1-$2 towards your next purchase.

Please make sure the containers are empty, reasonably clean, and not cracked or damaged. Returned containers may be used for samples, displays, and testing.

We strive to have your order ready to go as soon as possible. Once your order is shipped, ready for local pick up or local delivery, you will receive an email with further information. Shipping delivery times vary depending on your location. Local pickups are by appt only. Local delivery dates and times vary significantly and are subject to change.

We carefully select our manufacturing partners to ensure our products are high quality and a fair value. We do our best to source from Canadian options whenever possible. When a Canadian option isn't available or accessible, we carefully source from trusted international manufacturers while still handmaking, assembling and finishing our products here in Canada!

Shipping is calculated based on your location and the items in your order. You will always know the shipping price before you purchase.

We also offer free local pickup (Kelowna, BC and St Albert, AB*) and for a small fee we offer local delivery within Kelowna, BC and Edmonton Area, AB when possible*.

*Edmonton Area delivery and St. Albert pickup is subject to our team being in the area. They are typically there once a month or every couple months. There are monthly cutoff dates for these orders.

Soy wax is a completely natural, plant-based material, it behaves very differently than other waxes. It's tendency to crack, frost, or change colour is perfectly normal. These aesthetics do not affect the burn, scent or safety of the candle.

Those small yellow or amber halos are a completely natural reaction that happens when dried plants meet mineral salts.

Here's why: Natural pigment bleeding, Essential oil leaching, oxidation and the fractionated coconut oil can rehydrate the dried plants.
